Sustainable Packaging Award Finalists Announced

Packaging Europe has announced the finalists of its international competition. The applicants come from a wide range of disciplines, but all had to demonstrate innovative and sustainable solutions for the packaging industry.

The goal in most packaging industries is to:

  • reduce the use of resources
  • minimise waste
  • consider the full packaging lifecycle

Sustainable solutions should help to cut costs, provide a reliable supply of materials, aid production efficiency and be viable on a commercial scale. They should not compromise the quality of the packaging.

The Packaging Europe Awards recognise developments that tick all the boxes.

The Future of Packaging

Award events are a fantastic opportunity to discover more about the future of packaging materials, packaging design and packaging processes. Each focus on achieving a circular economy, where the use of finite resources is minimised, along with waste. We wish these companies every success, with the winners being announced in September.
