Using Cardboard to Enhance the Shopping Experience

With shoppers shifting towards e-commerce, physical stores have to up their game. Regularly refreshing window and in-store displays are ways to grab the attention of passers-by. Bold colours, on-trend products and tempting offers all play a role in creating a more interesting shopping experience.

The challenge is achieving appealing seasonal promotions and window displays when trying to avoid a throw-away culture. The majority of brands are conscious of the environmental and financial cost of revamping the store every week or two.

Corrugated Cardboard: Ticking all the Boxes

One solution is to opt for printed corrugated cardboard. Low cost, robust yet lightweight, corrugated cardboard boxes can be manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes. Pedestals, free-standing display cases and props can all be created from FSC® Certified cardboard.

Printed using water-based inks, these display items can add impact and colour to window and in-store displays. They can draw attention to your new releases, promotions and seasonal specials.

As corrugated cardboard can be printed on both sides, a week later, you might turn the cardboard boxes inside out to reveal a new colour range and a fresh message! When that display has been exhausted, it can be flattened, ready for roadside collection. The boxes are fully recyclable, so will be processed to make new boxes.
