Inspiration for your Bespoke Boxes
Industry events offer a great opportunity to inspire the design of your bespoke boxes. On 1 & 2 December 2021, Packaging Innovations & Luxury Packaging will take place in London Olympia. The annual event is billed as a ‘festival of packaging creativity and design’.
Packaging Exhibitors
The exhibitors include 81 UK packaging companies, including manufacturers, suppliers and those offering design and prototyping services. In addition, there is the Innovation Showcase; a display of 10 ground-breaking packaging solutions to inspire your bespoke boxes.
Packaging Design Challenge
A competitive element is brought to the show with the Ecopack challenge. Flexi-Hex was the 2019 winner, with their protective honeycomb cardboard replacement for plastic bubble wrap. Who will impress the judges this year?
Packaging Seminars
Packaging seminars for the food, drink, beauty, fashion and retail industries are on offer, along with a debate on carbon. As well as understanding current thinking in these sectors, these events are a great starting point for forging relevant contacts.
Design Consultancy
Finally, there is a packaging consultancy option. That’s your chance to get feedback on your packaging designs and prototypes. The focus of this advice will be on increasing the sustainability and recyclability of packaging.
