Cardboard Accessory on the Red Carpet

The outfits and accessories that celebrities wear to gala events are a hot topic. The fashion industry and those with a flair for customising outfits are on the lookout for styles that can be replicated. This year a 9-year-old girl has made the challenge easier than ever, by creating a cardboard accessory for her mum.

Game of Thrones actress, Hannah Waddington, arrived at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in a stunning, shimmering crimson dress. This was accessorised with black strappy heels and a decorated cardboard clutch bag.

Cardboard Accessory Hits the Mark

Using readily available materials, her daughter had made and decorated the bag for her mum. She was surprised when her mum agreed to carry it with her to this high-profile event. However, possibly not as surprised as the star’s stylist!

Although unusual, this cardboard creation was practical, as well as an attention-grabbing, unique design. That’s exactly what most celebrities are looking for! What’s more, it had personal meaning to Ms Waddington, who carried it with pride. And, it’s become quite a talking point.
